To Book a Field
All bookings must be made through Clare Recreation Services by calling 902-769-2031. Office hours are 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. (Monday to Friday).
Season Bookings
Teams using a ball field as their home field will be charged $125.00 per season. The Municipality will be responsible for the upkeep of the fields noted above.
Regular Booking
Teams/groups booking a field outside of league play will be charged $18.75 for the use of the field.
Tournament Bookings
A fee of $62.50 shall be charged per field for a tournament booking. We will ensure that the field is ready for the opening game only.
Rain Dates
Rain cancellations will be accommodated as ballfield booking schedules permit. There are no guarantees. Team must reschedule their game through Clare Recreation Services.
Unpaid Accounts
Teams or individuals with unpaid bills or cause damage or litter the fields will risk losing field privileges.
Payment
Payment must be made at the Clare Recreation Department during office hours or mailed to: 1185 Hwy 1, Little Brook, N.S. B0W 1M0 (Please make cheque payable to: Clare Recreation Services)
Upon payment, a receipt will be issued stating the field and date(s) of booking(s). Recreation Services will keep a copy of all receipts issued.
Minor sports programs and programs organized through Clare Recreation Services will not be charged for the use of any fields in the Municipality of Clare.
Fee payable upon confirmation of field booking.
